Qualifications & Requirements:
  • HCA Certificate – Obtained through Red River College or other accredited education program
  • Desire to work with geriatric residents and/or long-term residents
  • Experience working with individuals who live with dementia an asset
  • Physical health and wellness to deliver care
  • Aptitude to work within a team setting
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts and weekends
  • Commitment to the delivery of quality resident care in a Relationship Centre model of care
  • Subject to a Criminal Record Check and an Adult Abuse Re
