Volunteering
The Volunteer program is designated to create special moments in residents’ lives and enhance Salem Home’s commitment to providing Christ-centered care, embracing the values of Compassion, Dignity, Excellence, and Faith.
Funding for the Volunteer program is provided in part by the Salem Foundation and United Way Pembina Valley.
Our Volunteer Team focuses on building relationships while providing excellent care and support.
Each of our Volunteer team members possess a wide range of skills, experience and education, but at the forefront is always compassion.
You will provide support for all other departments so they can focus on providing residents with their best lived experience. You will use your skills and critical thinking in the multi-faceted care provided in a relationship-centred care environment.
We are always looking for talented individuals to become part of the team. If you’ve got strong focus, and values that can help fulfil our mission, apply now and become a part of the Volunteer Team at Salem Home.
