Qualifications & Requirements:
- HCA Certificate – Obtained through Red River College or other accredited education program
- Desire to work with geriatric residents and/or long term residents
- Experience working with individuals who live with dementia an asset
- Physical health and wellness to deliver care
- Aptitude to work within a team
- Ability to work a variety of shifts and weekends
- Commitment to the delivery of quality resident care in a relationship Center model of care
- Subject to Criminal Record Check and an Adult Abuse Registry Check
