Resident Care
Our Resident Care Department is a multi-faceted interdisciplinary team providing direct resident-focused care within the mission and values of Salem Home. Roles include:
- Attendant (Resident Care Attendant)
- Nurses
- Therapeutic Recreation Attendant
- Pastoral Care Coordinator
- Resource Development Coordinator
- Resource Development Facilitator
- Unit Clerk
- Social Worker
- Occupational Therapists
Resident Support
Our Resident Support Department is a critical part of everyday life for the resident. They provide indirect resident-focused care within the mission and values of Salem Home. Roles include:
- Nutrition Service Attendant
- Clinical Dietitian
- Laundry
