Plant Operations

With over 80,000 square feet of building and almost five acres of property, our staff work diligently to maintain the facility, beautiful grounds and all the equipment used at Salem Home.  The department is responsible for preventative maintenance on equipment used for resident care. 

We are fortunate to have dedicated staff who take pride in what they do.  They prefer to handle all the issues themselves instead of bringing in outside trades.  Their pride in their work is evident in how well the building, property, and equipment is cared for.

The Director of Plant Operations is responsible for any facility upgrades, expansions, as well as equipment and supply purchases.
